Billy Frank has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the heavy machinery and transportation industries, having served in various leadership roles at Caterpillar Inc. since 2000, culminating in the position of Vice President Sales & Marketing since January 2009. Responsibilities have included developing strategies for aftermarket sales, leading services growth for the Remanufacturing Division, and maintaining strategic dealer alignment. In addition to Caterpillar, Billy Frank holds board positions at CEFCU, 10G, LLC, and has previously served on the boards of the Peoria Zoological Society and the Tri-County Urban League. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern University A&M College and advanced studies in management.
