Moses Hernandez is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food services and management. Currently serving as Chef Manager at Cater to You Food Services since August 2022 and as Owner of Chefcants by Chef Moe LLC since June 2021, which focuses on fragrance sampling. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Food Service Director and Food Service Director at SAGE Dining Services from August 2017 to August 2022, overseeing dining operations at Delbarton School and Don Bosco Prep High School. Earlier positions held include Food Service Director and Assistant Food Service Director at Sage Dining from 2014 to 2017 and various culinary roles at Atlanta Medical Center, St. Joseph's Hospital, and more. Moses holds an AS/BS degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2003.
