Javier Blasco has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Javier began as an intern at Odgers Berndtson Management Consultants and then worked as a TAS-Forensic at Deloitte. In 2015, they joined Kantox as an FX Business Developer and then moved to Deutsche Bank as a Global Graduate-Credit Risk Analyst. In 2016, they joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and held various roles including EGP Analyst - Controlling & Operations, Corporate Asset Manager, Business Analytics Officer, and finally Senior Financial Controller. Currently, they are working as a Finance Director at Catella Logistic Europe since April 2021.

Javier Blasco started their education journey in 2009 at Esade, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General. Javier completed this program in 2013. In 2012, they had an opportunity to study abroad at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree through an exchange program.

In 2013, Javier returned to Esade to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance, General. Javier completed this program in 2014. During the same year, they attended Esade as part of the CEMS Global Alliance, where they focused on International Management.

In 2014, Javier also attended HEC Paris as part of the CEMS Global Alliance program, again specializing in International Management. Additionally, during this year, they participated in a Skill Seminar at Peking University, focusing on Doing Business in China - Finance Management.

Overall, Javier's educational background has equipped him with knowledge and expertise in finance and international management, with experiences at various prestigious institutions such as Esade, Emory University, HEC Paris, and Peking University.
