Kelly Avina is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in market research, analytics, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Catchpoint since April 2022, Kelly has previously held similar roles at WorkFusion and BriteCore, demonstrating a consistent focus on product improvement and profitability. Prior experiences include a tenure at Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities ranged from project leadership to training and billing support, and managerial roles at Soleil Floors and WTM Group, focusing on office operations and administrative efficiency. A graduate of Product School and holder of an Associate’s degree in Public Relations from St. Phillips College, Kelly brings a comprehensive skill set to product management and organizational operations.
