Tiffany L. Shu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer experience and product management. Tiffany L. is currently the Channel Experience Lead (CX Design) at Catawiki since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Experience at Sproutfi from 2022 to 2023. Tiffany also worked as a Product Manager at Kaizo in 2021 and held the role of Customer Experience Manager at TenX from 2019 to 2021 and from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Product Experience Specialist at 99 in 2017. In their earlier career, Tiffany held positions at Nubank Brasil as a Business Architect from 2016 to 2017 and as a Customer Experience Analyst from 2015 to 2016. Tiffany L. started their career as an intern at Microsoft Informática Ltda. in 2014 and at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in 2013.
