Sam Rowden has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as the PASS Program Coordinator at Southern Wesleyan University. In 2019, they served as the Kinesiology & Health Ambassador for Sport Administration at Georgia State University. This was followed by an internship as a Marketing Intern at the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in 2021. Later in the same year, they worked as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics. Sam's most recent job is as a Business Development Manager at Catapult, a company focused on improving athletes' and teams' performance through sports science and analytics.

Sam Rowden has a Master of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Georgia State University, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern Wesleyan University from 2015 to 2017. Before attending Southern Wesleyan University, Sam studied Psychology at the University of the District of Columbia from 2013 to 2015, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

In addition to their formal education, Sam has obtained several certifications. These include the Creative Cloud Crash Course, Excel 2019 Essential Training, and Time Management Fundamentals with Microsoft Office, all from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in November 2020.
