Established and was head of North America business for Quinbrook, a low carbon infrastructure fund, which owns Scout Clean Energy (wind developer with ~2GW of projects under development in 10 states), Glidepath (leading U.S. battery project developer), and the 690MW Gemini Solar Project under development in Nevada. Co-founded three energy infrastructure investment and development firms – Arctas Capital, Power Pacific and The Wing Group. Ran an international division of Enron with a portfolio of 15 varied energy assets (power, LNG, pipelines, LPG). Involved in development and financing of the first and largest IPP in UK in 1990 (Teeside cogen 1.8GW). Served on boards of Scout and two Latam publicly-traded energy companies – Promigas and Vengas.
