Owen Brown is a seasoned Sr. Systems Administrator at Catalyst DevWorks, with a career spanning over a decade in network administration and development. Since September 2011, Owen has worked with a range of technologies, including Java, JDBC, JUnit, TeamCity, Cognos BI, and various database systems such as Oracle and MySQL. Prior to this role, Owen served as a substitute instructional aide for the Northwest Regional Education Service District from March 2011 to January 2012, supporting children with special education needs. Owen also volunteered at HOPE of Rainier in August 2009, assisting with inventory management at a food pantry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Oregon and two associate degrees in Computer Networking and Computer Programming from Lower Columbia College.
