Niamh Crilly has extensive work experience in software development and IT support. Niamh started their career in 2006 as a Technical Support Analyst at Schlumberger Information Solutions, where they troubleshooted network and PC issues, provided support for various applications, and managed LDAP and Radia systems. From 2010 to 2013, Niamh worked as a Software Developer for Lumesse, contributing to the development, maintenance, and deployment of the Learning Gateway LMS. Niamh then joined Technia in 2013 as an Application Developer, where they specialized in Java and XML configuration and created customized solutions for customers in the PLM field. In 2014, Niamh worked as a Developer at Lemontree, where they worked on Java-based projects and conducted research on big data technologies. Niamh then moved to Innovatec - Innovative Technologies AS as a Senior Consultant, where they implemented the PEPPOL standard for access points using Java and Oxalis. Niamh joined Insr Insurance Group ASA in 2016 as a System Developer, where they worked on updating and maintaining the Nemi portal using Java, JavaScript, and Dell Boomi. Most recently, they joined Dolittle AS in 2020 as a Senior Backend Developer, contributing to backend development projects until their current position as a Senior Software Engineer at CatalystOne Solutions in 2021.

Niamh Crilly pursued their education with a focus on computer science and software development. In 2001, they enrolled at Munster Technological University, where they completed their Honours BSc in Computer Services Management in 2005. Following this, from 2008 to 2009, Niamh attended University College and obtained an MSc in Applied Science with a specialization in Software Development for Computer Networks. As an additional certification, they became a Certified ScrumMaster in March 2016 through Scrum Alliance.
