- Natalia Cruz
Natalia Cruz is a seasoned Program Manager at CESO|SACO, with a diverse background in monitoring, evaluation, and gender equality. Since April 2020, Natalia has been managing programs at CESO|SACO, following a role as a Philanthropy Associate at the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation from October 2019 to March 2020. Prior experience at CESO|SACO also includes various positions in monitoring, evaluation, and learning from January 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, Natalia contributed as a Consultant, Gender Specialist at Cuso International in August 2017 and served in multiple roles focusing on gender equality from July 2015 to February 2017. Early career experiences include a market development internship at Accreditation Canada International and community work as a Youth Social Worker with Cuso International. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and Sociology from the University of Ottawa and a Post Graduate in Project Management from Algonquin College.
