Erwin Altamarino is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, public governance, and training across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Officer at Catalyste+ since August 2015, Erwin previously held significant roles including Executive Director and Administrative & Finance Officer at ENHANCING EGOVERNANCE FOR LGU, INC., as well as Knowledge Officer at the Canadian Executive Service Organization. With a foundation in local government service as a Human Resource Management Officer and ICT Coordinator for the Municipal Government of Lucban, Erwin has extensive experience in capacity building and governance. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University and two Bachelor's Degrees in Philosophy and Management from St. Francis de Sales Regional College Seminary and Sacred Heart College, respectively.
