Jenifer C. is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and strategic management across various educational organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Citizens of the World Charter Schools since March 2022, Jenifer also holds a consultancy role at Catalyst:Ed. Previous positions include Sr. Program Manager for Operations & Strategy at Color, Director of Regional Operations at Citizens of the World Los Angeles, and Regional Operations Manager at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Jenifer began their career at Elite Educational Institute and has held roles that demonstrate a blend of operational expertise and analytical skills. Jenifer is pursuing a Master of Management Studies at Yale School of Management, complementing a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations and History from UC San Diego.
