Daniela P. serves as the Senior Director of the Transformative Research Unit for Equity (TRUE) at RTI International, a position held since January 2022. In addition, Daniela holds the role of Board Advisor (LEAP) at the Latino Leadership Institute and is an Expert Network Member for Catalyst:Ed since May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at Frontline Solutions, Founder of Informed Insight, Vice President at First 5 LA, Associate Director of Evaluation & Impact at Living Cities, Strategic Data Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Research Fellow at MDRC and Mathematica Policy Research. Daniela's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Russian from Pomona College, a Master's degree in Sociology, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Sociology, both from the University of Michigan.
