Marci’s background in social work and non-profit organizations led to early career experience in community-level research and program evaluation around poverty and its impact on family and child well-being. This work highlighted inequities in her community through the lens of social justice, and led to a career shift toward equity & inclusion across the sectors. Prior to joining Catalyst, she worked for several years in convening the Northeast Ohio corporate community on diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives for the workplace, workforce, & through supplier diversity.
Marci received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Masters in Nonprofit Organizations & Social Work from Case Western Reserve University.
