Aledia Evans, MA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Corporate Engagement at Catalyst Inc. since March 2018, specializing in organizational change, global operations, and workplace culture. Previously, Aledia held the role of Director of Global Corporate Engagement at Step Up nonprofit and managed external relations and individual giving in the Midwest region. Aledia's experience includes development management at the FRESH START CARING FOR KIDS FOUNDATION, where expertise in fundraising, corporate partnerships, and event production was developed. Early career positions included roles in external relations at Neumann Family Services, event management at Columbia University, and membership management at ACE Programs for the Homeless. Aledia holds a Master of Arts in Social & Cultural Foundations in Education from DePaul University and has furthered professional development through programs at MIT Sloan and DePaul University focusing on human resources and business strategy.
