Kim Huelsman has more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries developing and executing strategic revenue growth and sales effectiveness programs. She has delivered top-line results via successful growth strategies, major cross-functional initiative implementation, organization design, operating model improvements, sales enablement programs, sales operations initiatives, capability development programs, forecasting processes, and reporting and analytics best practices.

Kim’s results-driven, common-sense approach stems from her experience working on the line, on internal teams, and with top leadership. Before joining Catalyst Strategies in 2015, she spent many years at Accenture, where she served multiple Fortune 500 clients in many industries, starting with programming and technical design, and growing to project implementation, change management, outsourcing solution architecting and sales, and sales effectiveness and operations. At Catalyst Strategies, Kim serves a range of B2B technology and services organizations.

Kim holds an MBA from the University of Houston with a concentration in marketing, and a BA from Rice University with majors in economics, political science, and managerial studies.
