Jill Bounds is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing residential units and implementing operational policies. Currently serving as Area Manager at Catalyst Property Solutions since April 2021, Jill previously held the role of Southwest Vice President at Abbey Residential from November 2009 to January 2021, where supervision of nearly 7,500 units in the Houston and San Antonio areas was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Jill was the Senior Director of Property Operations at TVO North America from 2006 to November 2009 and served as Regional Supervisor/Director of Marketing and Training at Gross Management from May 1996 to February 2006. Jill Bounds holds a degree from Ball State University, attended from 1978 to 1981.
