Matthew Heaney is an associate at Catalyst Investment Partners, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Matthew served as an associate at Simone Development Companies for a brief period and worked at CenterPoint Properties as a senior investment analyst and investment analyst, focusing on industrial real estate acquisitions in East Coast markets. Early experience includes a role as an analyst at Lee & Associates NYC, where Matthew was responsible for underwriting various asset types and assisting in lease negotiations. Matthew also worked as an associate in capital services at Ariel Property Advisors, a summer investment analyst at PGIM Real Estate, and a research analyst intern at JLL. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University.
