Becky Rovik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, graphic production, and human resources. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist and former Graphic Production Artist at Catalyst Exhibits since September 2021, Becky previously held the role of Graphic Production Manager at Ion Exhibits, leading a team in large format printing for the trade show industry. Prior experience includes significant contributions at MG Design as a Fabric Production Supervisor and running a successful bridal gown business as an entrepreneur. Furthermore, Becky’s background includes a Human Resources Generalist position at Jacobsen Division of Textron, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed labor contract administration, HRIS, recruitment, and employee benefits. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Marquette University.
