Megan Collett (nee Ford) is an experienced leader in clinical research and development operations, currently serving as the Head of Development Operations for Asia Pacific at Catalyst Clinical Research since April 2023. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Executive Director at Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research & SWSLHD from September 2019 to April 2023. Megan's extensive background includes senior leadership roles at QuintilesIMS, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Research & Development and Director of Flexible Resourcing & RSU, among others. Previous experience encompasses operational management at Pretium and Novotech, as well as clinical operations leadership at sanofi aventis and Bristol Myers Squibb. Megan Collett is a graduate of Australian Catholic University.
