Liz Burkholder has extensive experience in retail management and security, currently serving as the Director of Investigations for AP Operations and Global Security at JCPenney since September 2017. Prior roles at JCPenney include Regional Asset Protection Director and District Operations Manager. Liz's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Old Navy as Market Leader, American Eagle Outfitters as District Manager and Store Director in Times Square, and The Home Depot as Store Manager and Specialty Assistant Store Manager. Additionally, Liz held the role of General Manager at Expo Design Center and served as Executive Team Lead at Target, overseeing logistics and guest experience. Early career experience includes managing merchandising and operations at Gap Inc., where Liz also managed a store opening in Tokyo, Japan. Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Augusta State University.
