Sinclair Stockman is a prominent expert in digital health and technology, serving as Chief Scientist and Technology Officer at the Commonwealth Centre for Digital Health since April 2018. In addition to this role, Sinclair Stockman holds positions as SVP Strategic Innovation at Simulity, Honorary Consul for New Zealand in Northern Ireland, and Founding Member of the Mobile Alliance on Pandemics. As an Executive Member of the Global Health 2030 Innovation Task Force and Non-Executive Chairman of the Connected Health Innovation Centre, Sinclair Stockman actively promotes the integration of digital platforms to address global health priorities. Sinclair Stockman's academic credentials include a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics from Queen's University Belfast, with further studies at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Oxford.
