Steve Salis is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience across various industries. As the Owner of Salis Holdings since December 2015, Steve oversees a diversified holding company with interests in restaurants, technology, and real estate. In addition, Steve is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Catalogue, which focuses on providing premium consumer experiences. Steve also serves as Chairman and CEO of SIZZLE Acquisition Corp., leading the firm through a successful merger with Critical Metals Corp. Other ventures include ownership of several restaurant chains such as Ted's Bulletin and Federalist Pig, as well as commercial properties through 22 Real Estate Holdings. Steve co-founded &pizza, which was sold in 2019, and continues to own businesses like Honeymoon Chicken and Sidekick Bakery. Steve’s educational background includes studies at the University of New Hampshire from 2002 to 2004.
