Rob founded EquiRealty and Executive Home Management, specializing in residential property management, and co-founded Cincy Realty Solutions, focusing on acquiring and renovating residential real estate. Early career experience includes positions at Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, where Rob managed partnerships, developed real estate strategies, and oversaw facility operations.
