Jim Goodill has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Catalina Cylinders since April 2001, where previous roles included Quality Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Kaiser Aluminum Greenwood Forge from 1996 to 2001. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree from Gannon University, which was earned between 1985 and 1989.
