Waleed Saleh has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Waleed is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Prior to this, Waleed held the same position at Metrics Contract Services from 2018 to 2022, where they led analytical method development, validation, and transfer projects. Before that, they served as a Research & Development Senior Scientist at Exela Pharma Sciences LLC from 2016 to 2018, leading analytical method development and validation projects. Waleed also has experience as a Quality Control Group Leader at Sigmatec Pharmaceutical Industries and as a Senior Quality Control Analyst at El-Nile Co For Pharmaceuticals And Chemical Industries - ElNile. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, and more.

Waleed Saleh holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from East Carolina University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma (1-year course premaster in Analytical Chemistry) from Cairo University in 2005 to 2006. Waleed'sundergraduate education includes a 5-year Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Waleed Saleh has earned certifications as an ASQ Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional from ASQ - World Headquarters in June 2018, and as an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in December 2015.
