Rashmi Shetti is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as the MS&T Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions since April 2021, previously holding the position of MS&T Senior Engineer. Rashmi has extensive experience at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since July 2014, leading downstream operations to establish cGMP manufacturing processes for gene therapy products and viruses. Earlier roles include Technician I in Veterinary Pathobiology at Texas A&M University, where expertise was developed in recombinant vaccine research, and a Student Employee position in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at Texas A&M, focusing on high-throughput assays and lab management. Rashmi also gained experience as a Summer Intern at New England Biolabs, contributing to protein expression in mammalian cells.
