Norris Johnson is the current Catalate Support Manager at Catalate. Prior to their current position, Johnson held various customer service positions with Liftopia, Inc. from October 2017 to January 2021 and was self-employed as a consultant from January 2017 to January 2021. From August 2014 to January 2017, Johnson worked as the Training, Development and Operations Manager at MassMutual and, prior to that, as the Technical Director at Acton Shapleigh Youth Conservation Corps from May 2013 to October 2013. In this role, Johnson oversaw all operations of the watershed protection non-profit, specifically the Erosion Control Crew. Norris also educated local residents on how to manage their land and improve water quality. From May 2012 to August 2012, Johnson served as a Crew Leader at Acton Shapleigh Youth Conservation Corps and, from May 2011 to August 2011, as a Crew Member.
Norris Johnson has a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Bryant University. Norris also has a certification from Hoopis Performance Network in Hoopis Performance Network Certified Manager.
Norris Johnson reports to Beth Lovell, Sr. Manager, Partner Services. Norris Johnson works with Kevin Zequeira - PS Specialist, Caroline Fallu - Sr. Partner Services Specialist. and Efren Gallegos - Support Supervisor reports to Norris Johnson.
