Weston Mitchell's work experience began in 2015 as a Math Tutor at Missouri State University-West Plains, where they worked from August 2015 to May 2017. In 2021, Weston Mitchell joined Cat Daddy Games as an Associate Gameplay Engineer. In July 2022, they were promoted to the role of Gameplay Engineer.

Weston Mitchell pursued their education from 2015 to 2017 at Missouri State University-West Plains, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Graphics and Programming. Following this, from 2017 to 2021, they attended DigiPen Institute of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer.
