Jess Hart currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Landlord-Tenant Relations at CASTO since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jess held various positions at Washington Prime Group Inc., including Associate General Counsel and Vice President, and extensive experience in leasing counsel roles. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Signet Jewelers overseeing leasing and commercial counsel activities, as well as contract negotiations in private practice. Jess has also held roles in the hospitality industry, managing bar operations and staff, and has experience in education as an ESL teacher for incarcerated teens. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from Coastal Carolina University.
