Jade Plumb is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Europe & Asia at Castlelake since September 2023, Jade has a strong background in HR business partnership roles, having worked at Javelin Global Commodities and PGIM Fixed Income from December 2021 to September 2023 and July 2017 to September 2021, respectively. Jade's career also includes notable positions at Jupiter Asset Management Limited, starting as an HR Advisor from 2006 to 2011 and advancing to HR Manager and HR Business Partner until June 2017. Jade holds a CIPD qualification and completed A levels at Bullers Wood.
