Armin Rothauser is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured credit, asset finance, and trading. Currently serving as a Partner at Castlelake since November 2020, Rothauser previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Credit at Starwood Capital Group from January 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, Rothauser was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where roles included Co-head of Structured Credit and Managing Director of Asset Finance. Additional experience includes Managing Director and Head of Global Hard Asset Trading at Goldman Sachs, Managing Director and Aviation Trader at RBS Greenwich Capital, Vice President of Credit Derivative Trading at Morgan Stanley, and a Junior Trader/Desk Analyst at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank. Rothauser earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 1999.
