Michael Richardson has extensive experience in risk and compliance management, currently serving as a Risk and Compliance Manager at Castlefield since December 2016. Throughout the tenure at Castlefield, Michael has advanced through various roles within the compliance department, holding positions from Executive to Manager. Prior to joining Castlefield, Michael was employed at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management from January 2011 to December 2016, where the role of Premier Relationship Officer was fulfilled.
