Sherrie-Anne Ashurst has over a decade of experience in IT support roles, currently serving as the Service Desk Team Lead and previously as a Desktop Support Analyst at Castle Trust Bank since November 2021. Prior to this, Sherrie-Anne held the position of 2nd Line Service Support Analyst at ELIS from May 2017 to October 2021 and worked as a Service Desk Technician at Berendsen UK from April 2015 to May 2017. The career began as a Helpdesk Technician at Wired-IT Specialists from January 2012 to January 2015. Sherrie-Anne holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Varsity College, completed between 2007 and 2010, and received a Matric from Fourways High School in 2006.
