P. Marie Josephs, LCAM, currently serves as Vice President of Management-Florida at AKAM since August 2020, overseeing a condominium and HOA portfolio and fostering relationships with Boards and homeowners. Previous experience includes roles as LCAM at Exclusive Property Management managing property operations, and as General Manager/Consultant at Island-Wide Project Development Ltd., where significant growth in managed units was achieved. Josephs has also held positions in client services, quality assurance, and corporate financial analysis across various companies, including Dun & Bradstreet. Education includes a Real Estate License from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and coursework in Accounting & Internal Control at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
