Elsy Silvestre possesses extensive experience in administrative support and contract management, having held various executive assistant roles with organizations such as Castle Group, American Express, and Prudential Real Estate Investors. At the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County, Elsy served as both a Contract Administrator and an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Previous experience includes a position as a Legal Assistant at Berman, Sauter, Record & Jardim, PC. Elsy obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Thomas Edison State University, completing studies in 2014 and 2012, respectively.
