Susan Raymond is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & Accounting at Castilleja School since July 2022, managing key financial functions such as accounting, budgeting, and tuition assistance. Prior experience includes roles as Startup CFO at Countsy, where services were provided to venture-backed startups, and serving in various financial capacities for community organizations between 2011 and 2020. Additional experience encompasses consulting for startups and nonprofits as CFO with Countsy from 2005 to 2011, and holding financial planning and analysis positions at Calient Networks and other technology companies. Susan holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Physics from Dickinson College.
