Victoria Shore is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in pastry and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Cook and Pastry Assistant at Castellucci Hospitality Group since January 2015, Victoria is responsible for line cooking and day-to-day pastry production, as well as assisting with menu development. Victoria also holds the position of Pastry Chef at home.made from scratch since December 2013, overseeing daily pastry operations in a busy lunch and catering restaurant. Previous experience includes a food and beverage internship at Public and an internship at The Squire Tarbox Inn, where Victoria gained comprehensive knowledge in hospitality and entrepreneurship. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from The University of Georgia and has also studied at the University of Oxford.
