Arnaud GIBET has extensive experience in commercial development and training, currently serving as Directeur de l'école de formation at Castel Frères since March 2021. Previously, Arnaud held the position of Directeur commercial at FG learning by FIRST GROUP from January 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Arnaud worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercuri International Group from September 2008 to December 2018, focusing on addressing sectoral challenges in complex ecosystems and integrating digital transformation into skills development processes. Arnaud began the professional journey as a Consultant formateur at Altran from December 2001 to June 2008, and earlier contributed as Animateur réseau commercial at Groupe Renault from January 1998 to November 2001.
