Joel Chisholm is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Cast Products, Inc. since April 2005, Joel oversees plant operations including manufacturing, scheduling, and inventory control, while facilitating communication between Sales and Engineering. Prior roles included Material Control Manager and Master Scheduling Manager at PESA Switching Systems, where responsibilities encompassed inventory management, shipping, and process streamlining. Joel began a career at 3M as a Production Planner, implementing production plans and scheduling work orders. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of North Alabama.
