As a Co-Founder and Executive Committee member of North Carolina Customer Success since March 2020, Rupal has also held prominent positions, including Vice President of Customer Success at Netomi and Director of Customer Success for Strategic Accounts at Conga. Rupal’s early career includes roles such as Enterprise Customer Success Advisor at Apptio and Operations Lead at Bridgewater Associates.
