Kristen House is an experienced legal professional specializing in estate planning and wealth management. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at JM LAW, PLLC since October 2020, Kristen develops customized estate plans tailored to clients’ specific needs. Concurrently, as an Estate Planning Strategist at Cassaday & Company, Inc., Kristen collaborates with clients and advisors to assess and integrate comprehensive estate plans. Previously, Kristen held the position of Senior Trust Administrator and Vice President at BMO Private Banking, focusing on trust administration and wealth management for high net worth individuals. Kristen's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Palecek, Morrison & Associates LLP, where estate planning, trust administration, and various agreements were a focus. Kristen began the legal career as a law clerk at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Kristen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Women's Studies from Chapman University.
