Lisa's extensive background at Verizon Wireless spans over a decade, where roles included Marketing Product Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Implementation Specialist, and Customer Care Representative/Team Leader, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration, marketing campaign management, and team leadership. Lisa earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Taylor University.
