Jeff Slinger is a seasoned professional in client relations, currently serving as the Sr. Manager Client Relations at Cass Information Systems, Inc. since July 2009. At Cass, Jeff leads a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives, focusing on providing exceptional support to clients in the transportation, utilities, and telecom sectors. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Senior Account Manager at First Data Corporation from May 1999 to March 2009, where over a span of ten years, expertise in account management, problem-solving, and program management was developed. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
