Samanta Quintana Tinajero is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in SaaS, currently serving at Caspio since November 2022. Samanta has consistently demonstrated expertise in account satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities across various roles, including previous positions at TuoTempo México, Mimecast, and YOI. With a foundational career that began at MessageLabs, where leadership and relationship management skills were honed, Samanta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University and training as a Naturopathic Nutrition Therapist from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine.
