Nurlan Baizakov possesses extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Construction Office Manager and Lead Project Engineer at Caspian Pipeline Consortium since October 2019. Previously, Nurlan held positions as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at "KazGiproNefteTrans" Engineering Company" LLP from November 2017 to October 2019, and as a Mechanical Inspector at Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan for a brief period in 2017. Nurlan's prior roles also include QAQC Coordinator at ILF Consulting Engineers / Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures from January 2013 to April 2017 and Mechanical Supervisor at Agip KCO from February 2009 to January 2013. Nurlan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas from Таразский Государственный Университет имени М.Х.Дулати in 2008.
