Kirtika Srivastava has extensive experience in credit, risk management, and finance. Currently serving as a Manager in Credit & Risk at Caspian since May 2019, Kirtika has also held roles as a Senior Associate in Portfolio Risk Management and as an Impact Associate, participating in the C-FLIP Programme. Prior experience includes a position as a Core Committee Member for Arthasya - Finance Club IRMA and a Management Intern at Future Group India, where Kirtika worked on a project related to pricing mechanisms for Big Bazaar stores. Additional internships include a Marketing Intern role at Seedworks International Pvt. Ltd. and an internship at Bihar State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltd. Kirtika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Finance from Banaras Hindu University.
