Matt Carroll is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer intelligence, analytics, and operations. Currently serving as Head of Customer Intelligence & Analytics at Casper since 2014, Matt emphasizes understanding the underlying reasons behind data trends. In parallel, Matt has been involved with Fail Harder since 2010, focusing on deconstructing systems for deeper comprehension. As a co-founder of Cloven Footwear and with roles in finance and operations at various companies including Grace Carter Design LLC and VAEL Project, Matt's expertise spans entrepreneurship, finance, and strategic operations. Matt's career began at The Carroll Insurance Group, where significant contributions were made as the Director of Individual Sales. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.
