Hendrik Hijzen is an experienced project and account manager currently working at Casper BV since October 2019, focusing on data analytic tools related to air traffic movement, noise, and complaint management. Previously, Hendrik served as Head of Customer Success at Cirrus Assessment from August 2015 to August 2019, enhancing customer engagement in e-Assessment systems. Hendrik also held the position of Business Advocate at Business Advocate during late 2014, and Customer Success Manager followed by Manager Support at Hippo from February 2008 to October 2014, where responsibilities included fostering client partnerships and facilitating communication between clients and IT specialists. Prior experience includes working as an Information Specialist at Euroclear and as a Teacher Assistant in the ICT&O Department at Leiden University. Hendrik holds a Master's Degree from Leiden University and has attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
