Bill Grant, P.E. is a highly experienced technical program manager currently employed at Casne Engineering since July 2019. Previously served as a principal system engineer at DTE Energy from July 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included optimizing equipment monitoring systems and implementing advanced predictive maintenance strategies for reactor plant systems. Bill's innovative redesign of the equipment monitoring system architecture significantly reduced licensing costs while improving capabilities. Prior to DTE Energy, Bill instructed at the Navy Nuclear Power School from July 2012 to June 2016, automating examination processing and earning prestigious awards for program improvements. Bill's career began as a nuclear materials researcher at the University of Michigan from 2010 to 2012, following a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
